Privacy Policy

Country Rhodes Farms respects your privacy and only collects what we need to fulfill your order or respond to your inquiry — name, email, phone number, and pickup details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How orders work today

Our online checkout is currently a preview: it does not process live card payments. When you place an order, we receive the details and confirm payment with you directly by phone or email before pickup. Live card processing through a payment provider will be added in a future update; when it is, we will use a PCI-compliant processor and card details will not pass through our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-KWD0XQ92SN) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as your IP address, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location (city level). You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request its deletion, and direct us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email countryrhodesfarms@gmail.com and reference “CCPA Request” in the subject line.

Cookies and storage

Your browser stores your shopping cart locally so it persists between visits. This is kept on your device and is not sent to our servers. Google Analytics also uses cookies as described above.

Deletion requests

If you would like us to delete the information we have collected from you, email countryrhodesfarms@gmail.com. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.
